The south of the capital is turning into a logistics hub

CTP, member and supporter of ARILOG, the largest listed developer and manager of industrial and logistics spaces in Continental Europe, puts another pin on the map of Bucharest, this time in the southern area, in Popești - Leordeni, by expanding the existing park, CTPark Bucharest South, on a total area of approximately 150,000 square meters. CTPark Bucharest South is strategically located between the Bucharest beltway and the future A0 Motorway, with direct access to the A0, offering quick access to any area of Bucharest and its surroundings. In addition, the project offers an excellent connection to the Port of Constanța, the A2 Motorway being only 9 km away and facilitates deliveries to external destinations such as Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey.

CTP acquired the industrial park CTPark Bucharest South in 2021 and continues to make new investments, through the development of a class A building, with a leasable area of about 60,000 sqm, which is added to the existing 70,000 sqm, fully rented and the 15,000 sqm that will be delivered soon. As in the other industrial parks developed by CTP, the buildings in CTPark Bucharest South are designed to offer turnkey solutions to customers, but can also be customized to meet all the operational and logistical needs of potential tenants. CTPark Bucharest South will include generous green spaces and dedicated office areas, so as to offer the best possible quality of life for employees in the park, who also benefit from quick access to the public transport network, located just a few hundred meters from the park industrial.

"Our park in the south of Bucharest benefits from the best infrastructure in the area, with two direct entrances from the DN4, close to the ring road, but also with direct access to the A0, at the junction less than 500 m from our new building. We have 70,000 sqm fully leased, we are soon delivering another 15,000 and we are starting to build another 60,000 sqm, so that CTPark Bucharest South will increase its area to 150,000 sqm, for which we have already prepared the infrastructure", says Ana Dumitrache, Country Manager CTP Romania.

Surfaces available for rent in CTPark Bucharest South start from 1,800 square meters.
