The south of the capital is turning into a logistics hub

CTP, member and supporter of ARILOG, the largest listed developer and manager of industrial and logistics spaces in Continental Europe, puts another pin on the map of Bucharest, this time in the southern area, in Popești - Leordeni, by expanding the existing park, CTPark Bucharest South, on a total area of ​​approximately 150,000 square meters. CTPark Bucharest South is strategically located between the Bucharest beltway and the future A0 Motorway, with direct access to the A0, offering quick access to any area of ​​Bucharest and its surroundings. In addition, the project offers an excellent connection to the Port of Constanța, the A2 Motorway being only 9 km away and facilitates deliveries to external destinations such as Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey.

CTP acquired the industrial park CTPark Bucharest South in 2021 and continues to make new investments, through the development of a class A building, with a leasable area of ​​about 60,000 sqm, which is added to the existing 70,000 sqm, fully rented and the 15,000 sqm that will be delivered soon.
