The innovation paradox is that everyone says innovation is vital, but the very systems that keep a company or economy successful also make real innovation hard or unattractive. At the same time most real problems are solved by small, boring changes, not by big shiny innovation projects.
The 22nd edition of the conference will explore when innovation truly adds value and why small, concrete changes can sometimes beat big projects.
Small changes with big impact.
Since 2009, we have been promoting practical visits to logistics and production structures to stimulate the active learning process and to promote concrete models of good practices in terms of operational flows and technology implementation. We will continue to offer a practical component to the annual ARILOG Conference in 2026.
