"1 Decembrie 1918" University of Alba Iulia, through its Faculty of Economic Sciences, announces the launch of Romania's first dual-system bachelor's degree program specializing in Operational Logistics.

Dual higher education is a form of full-time university study in which the learning process is shared between the university and various business entities. It is regulated by the Ministry of Education Order no. 4275/2024, the Higher Education Law no. 199/2023, and ARACIS standards for dual education, aiming to foster the acquisition of relevant professional skills and facilitate the transition to the labor market.

Educational Process Structure

The workload associated with learning, teaching, and work-based learning activities is shared equally between the University and the Partner Organization (companies). Activities are divided equally:

• 50% theoretical and applied activities at the university
• 50% work-based learning activities and internships at partner companies.

Lactalis Romania (an ARILOG member) is one of the first partner companies for this study program, thereby continuing its educational initiatives aimed at investing in the future of young people.

This study program aims to bridge the gap between academia and real industry needs through a format that combines theoretical training with hands-on practice at Lactalis facilities, guided by dedicated mentors.
