
ARCA Course – Customs Procedures and Legislation
Registration is now open for a new edition of the ARCA course on customs procedures and legislation.
The upcoming edition of the ARCA course will take place online via the Teams platform from February 17, 2026, to April 23, 2026, with sessions held every Tuesday and Thursday from 18:00 to 20:00.

The course is designed for exporters, importers, traders, financial officers, customs brokers, carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics professionals involved in applying customs procedures and complying with regulations—whether at an operational, supervisory, or management level.

1. Understanding customs operations and applicable national and EU legislation
2. Tariff classification, customs value, and rules of origin
3. Customs procedures and INCOTERMS
4. Commercial and transport documents for customs formalities
5. Authorized Economic Operators (AEO)
6. Overview of the Integrated Customs Information System (SIIV) and customs declaration processing
7. AES System
8. Provisions regarding the payment, exemption, deferral, and guaranteeing of customs debt (customs duties, VAT, excise duties)
9. Prohibitions, restrictions, and sanctions in the customs sector
10. RO e-Transport System
11. CBAM and EUDR regulations
12. Supply chain operations
