SUUS has launched a dedicated warehouse for Hisense consumer electronics and home appliance spare parts in Warsaw

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, an ARILOG member and leading logistics operator in Central and Eastern Europe, is expanding its partnership with Hisense Europe. The company has launched a spare parts warehouse for home appliances and consumer electronics, offering comprehensive services that include warehousing, order picking, co-packing, and customs services. The project integrates a range of solutions tailored to the client's needs, supporting business growth and strengthening competitive advantage.

The new 8,600 m² warehouse in Warsaw serves as a global distribution center for spare parts for Hisense home appliances and consumer electronics. It currently manages 7,000 stock-keeping units (SKUs)—ranging from small components like screws to large items such as refrigerator doors. The volume of goods will increase gradually, eventually exceeding 50,000 SKUs.

At this facility, SUUS provides a comprehensive service package, including warehousing, order picking, shipment preparation for B2B and B2C channels—tailored to client requirements—as well as co-packing. The operator also handles customs services; the warehouse includes an area authorized for customs formalities. The facility supports Hisense Europe’s operations—previously managed from multiple locations—resulting in increased process efficiency and shorter delivery times.

Customized warehousing solutions that support business growth

"At SUUS, we specialize in logistics solutions tailored to client needs, designing processes, service ranges, and warehousing infrastructure based on the specific nature of the products and markets. This enables our partners to build a competitive advantage. At the new Hisense Europe distribution center, we manage a vast portfolio of spare parts—ranging from small items to large components like TV panels. To ensure efficient operations and rapid picking for such a diverse product range, we have implemented, among other things, a 'carton city' solution where parts are stored in containers categorized by size (M, L, and XL), with algorithms determining the optimal storage location," notes Łukasz Lewicki, Business Development Director for Contract Logistics at Rohlig SUUS Logistics.

Flexible options for delivery, pickup, or in-store returns—integrated with preferred carriers. Additional solutions tailored to the client's requirements have also been implemented at the warehouse, including product photography used subsequently in Hisense sales catalogs and for quality control. A key element of the project is full system integration—not only between SUUS and Hisense Europe but also with other business partners, including courier companies—ensuring a seamless flow of information regarding inventory and orders.

Long-term partnership

Rohlig SUUS Logistics and Hisense Europe have been collaborating successfully for over six years, constantly expanding the scope of their partnership. Last year, SUUS launched a dedicated facility covering over 50,000 m² to handle home appliances and consumer electronics. This warehouse is located in the same logistics park as the new distribution center. Through this collaboration, SUUS provides comprehensive support, including warehousing, order picking, import and export customs services, domestic distribution, and full-load road transport to markets in Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, and Scandinavia.
